Nathan Ray and I'm the chief instructor at
World Karate-Do, the Institute for Supreme Martial Arts Research and Training. We'd like to take a moment to invite you and your family to come out and participate with what we have taking place here which is "Self-Mastery" training courses.
Our courses are for youth, toddlers, and adults. The toddlers program called "little masters" program starts at 2-3 year old. We have childrens programs which are very inspiring. The children learn self-defense, self-mastery which they can apply to everything in life. As well as us adults; we need to learn how to master ourselves as also. All of our courses are designed for that purpose.
You can find us at the corner of smithfield road and the access entrance to the food lion shopping center here in Knightdale. Just contact us; you can reach us at 919.266.1290 and try introductory program which consists of 3 introductory classes for $15.
At the end of the 3rd class you'll speak with myself or one of our staff members and we'll gladly show you the variety of programs that we offer which are very inexpensive and yet very detailed giving you the best quality of instruction that you can get.
